4. Pricing and Valuation

5. Payment Terms

6. Pickup and Collection Services

6.1 Scheduling

Pickup appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. We will notify you in advance if we need to reschedule.

6.2 Access and Location

You must provide:

• Clear access to the location where materials are stored

7. Material Ownership and Title

By selling materials to Scrap Dump, you:

• Warrant that you are the legal owner of the materials or have authorization to sell them
• Transfer complete ownership and title to Scrap Dump upon payment
• Release any future claims to the materials
• Indemnify Scrap Dump against any third-party claims regarding ownership

8. Prohibited Materials

We do NOT accept the following materials:

• Stolen property or materials of questionable origin
• Hazardous waste requiring special permits (unless specifically agreed)
• Radioactive materials
• Medical waste or biohazards
• Explosives or flammable materials
• Materials prohibited by law
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights

If prohibited materials are discovered during pickup, we reserve the right to refuse collection and report to appropriate authorities if necessary.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure you have legal right to sell the materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Present valid identification when required
• Not misrepresent the quality, quantity, or type of materials
• Maintain a safe environment for our personnel during pickup

10. Liability and Disclaimers

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the scrap materials in question
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, emergencies)

10.2 Property Damage

While we take utmost care during collection and removal, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• Normal wear and tear during material removal

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

10.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from third-party services or websites linked from our platform.

11. Intellectual Property
